1. Wow my husband is amazing.

3. Thursday John went on alert, and when I woke up that morning there was a sweet email in my inbox. Then that evening when I went into the pantry to get the dog’s food, I saw my favorite candle, and a card sitting on top of the dog food. I opened the card and it had all sorts of sweet things written in it, and at the end it said “Pack your bags we are going on a trip.” So of course I was beside myself excited. Friday I rushed home from work, packed and got cutied up, and off we went on our little trip. John took me to Missoula to the same Double Tree Hotel on the river where we spent our one year anniversary. We had an amazing dinner out, an incredible breakfast in the morning, and shopped around. It was the PERFECT trip. I could not have asked for more. Johnny, I love you does not even begin to describe how feel about you. I am thankful I even know you. XXX
1. Today I only had 4 kiddos in my class, so I did not have a co teacher in there with me. I had a blast. My kiddos are so precious. One of my little tots can sing the whole incy weency spider song all be herself. It is probably the sweetest thing I have ever heard.
2. I got to watch Kendi’s precious baby girl for a few hours today, and Johnny boy joined me. She is just a doll, and the best baby I have ever watched.
3. Then John and I went to dinner with the Knops. I had grilled glazed salmon and veggies, and Johnny had a rueben. It was yummo!
1. Johnny was so sweet today. I could not tell you anything specific that he did, it was just one of those days, you know when the hubby just gives you a squeeze for no good reason.
2. We went to our friends Jenny and Jason’s for the Superbowl. They had a sandwich bar, dips and veggies, babies and kiddos, and lots of good shouting and fun.
3. I made a fruit salad with pineapple, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, apple, and grapes, with a fruit dip that I make with sour cream, brown sugar, and a splash of vanilla extract..so yummy. Then I made a cold spinach dip that had bacon and water chestnuts…so good.
1. Johnny got home safely, and did not get stuck out in the field due to the snow!!
2. I got to watch precious Adley today while Kendi ran to the grocery store…she is such a good baby!
3. Had dinner with John, Kendi, and Becky. It was great to hang out, and I loved the salad and soup bar…as usual.
1. Johnny has to go out on alert again today. It seems like ever since he has gone back into the field that they have scheduled a lot of his alerts on days of the weekend…it is such a bummer!!
2. I have decided that I am going to buy an elliptical exercise machine with my Christmas money. I am super excited and Johnny took me shopping for one yesterday!!!
3. For the past few days I had been too lazy to put the clean sheets back on our bed, so we have been sleeping in the guest bedroom. It was kind of fun to get a new perspective of our house…hahaha. Nonetheless, I put our bed back together, and it is nice to be back in our room.
1. John slept in a Bivy sack on the snow in our backyard last night. That is my Johnny for you…hahaha he is so cute!
2. My kiddos at work were awesome today, simply a delight. My little girl Allie kept telling me to “Shake it, Ms. Ellen!”
3. Yummy dinner tonight, baked potato and veggies for me, and baked potato with chili and cheese for Johnny Boy…Yum Yum.
1. I finally feel better after a 5 day bout with the flu. It was horrible, and the worst part was Johnny was gone.
2. I started my new work schedule, and I love it! So nice to get home at 1:30 in the afternoon!
3. John got a new bed for the puppies and they love it.
1. It’s official…I have the flu. Body aches, splitting headache, and a fever.
2. I am so thankful that John got to stay home, because he has been so wonderful, taking care of me and giving me much needed TLC.
3. I am loving Friday Night Lights.
1. So it seems that John and I have reached that age and point in our marriage that I have to be careful and thoughtful with what I say, wear, and do because the first question on everyone’s mind is…”are you pregnant?” Hahahaha…FYI not preggers.
2. Johnny did not have to go on alert today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So awesome!!! Going out on Saturdays are the worst!!! Then he is gone the whole weekend!
3. Now we are laying in bed trying to figure out what we can do on this very very very snowy Saturday.
1. I got to feed and change baby Adley…it was great!
2. John got put on 6 ring for going out on alert tomorrow…so hopefully we will get to have a full weekend together!!
3. I love me new UGG boots!!!
