Caving

04June

Well hello strangers! I am sorry that it has been so long since I have blogged. Until the weekend, not much had happened since the dentist appointment. Although my tooth is still a little sensitive  . On Saturday we went to Ryan Dam. Since it has rained the falls are amazing. It reminded me of California; if I closed my eyes the smell of the misting water closely resembled the beach in Santa Barbara. I never thought this Texan girl wold miss California as much as I do. We walked around a bit and realized that it is the most perfect place to have a little picnic. Afterwards we went to a little park, with beautiful grass, an outdoor theatre and a pond with swans. We bought some ice cream and walked the puppies around. The weather was fantastic! Then that night john worked on his present website job and I went to Bunko with my work buddies. It was so fun, we had yummy salads and played this fun dice game. I loved it! I love the ladies that I work with. Then Sunday we went to the early service so that we could make it to our caving trip. IT WAS AWESOME!!!! We spent almost 5 hours in darkness. It was so neat, and we had a completely vertical 3/4 of a mile hike to get there. We were so muddy; it was fabulous! The rec center here is so wonderful! John and I are so excited that we keep ticking such neat things off our list of neat things to do in life! Love you guys!!
